When she’s not helping clients design their ideal retirement, Victoria enjoys time with her two children, and four grandchildren. She loves cooking, exploring new destinations, and savoring a perfectly crafted Old Fashioned.

Caprice Torrisi
Caprice Torrisi brings over 20 years of expertise in operations, client services, and leadership to her role as Director of Operations and Client Services for Vitality Investments. She’s all about streamlining processes and creating standout client experiences. Her background in marketing and strategy – spanning industries big and small—makes her a pro at collaborating with teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing systems that align perfectly with Vitality’s objectives.
Caprice’s career has taken her from start-ups to industry leaders. Her career began as an Associate Buyer at Burlington Coat, where she managed a $25 million purchasing budget, negotiated contracts, and built strong supplier relationships. Over the years, she’s developed brands, scaled multi-million-dollar businesses, and delivered impressive results in the consumer goods sector.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Caprice’s global perspective was shaped by living and studying abroad, including time spent in France. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising. After leaving the cold winters of New England, she now calls Sarasota, Florida, home.
In her downtime, Caprice enjoys exploring Florida’s vibrant culinary scene with her husband, traveling the globe with her sister, hiking, cooking, practicing Pilates, and caring for her sweet rescue dog, Brady—named after Tom Brady, of course.
Katie Smith
Katie is a Client Services Associate here at Vitality. She comes from an extensive background in customer service; includes performing as an administrative assistant at a convention center and has over 8 years in the banking industry. She is currently in pursuit of her health and life insurance licenses. She loves connecting with clients and always strives to make them feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Originally from KY, Katie exchanged one southern state for another when she moved to Florida in 2013 with her husband and her two children. She has lived in the Bradenton area, as well as several years along the Emerald Coast in the Florida panhandle. She currently resides in Palmetto and serves alongside her husband who is a lead pastor of a local church. She now has three wonderful children; and in her free time she enjoys photography, baking, relaxing at the beach, and traveling.
Heather Pariseau
Heather is an Investment Adviser Representative and Licensed Insurance Professional with Vitality Investments. She had previously launched her career in financial services as a Registered Representative for New York Life. Prior to helping people design ways intended to grow and enjoy their retirement savings, she helped people plan, for many, the most important day of their lives.
Heather spent two decades in the wedding and events industry as an event planner, coordinator and sales manager for a prestigious country club in Rhode Island. Her passion to truly know her clients and understand their vision and goals, combined with her passion and dedication for providing exceptional customer service, brought tremendous joy and lasting memories to all. These attributes serve her well in helping clients develop plans intended to confidently achieve their vision for retirement.
Heather was born and raised in Rhode Island and made the move to Sarasota in 2020 to be closer to her family. Her hobbies include cycling, paddle boarding, and her recent re-discovery of the joy of roller skating. As an avid reader and a passionate artist, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and being creative with a paint brush.
Kelsey Carriere
Kelsey brings a blend of creativity, strategy and technical execution to her role as Director of Engagement and Client Experience at Vitality Investments. She is passionate about building meaningful connections through thoughtful experiences, strong communication and intentional brand storytelling. From client events to digital strategy, Kelsey focuses on creating moments that resonate both in the market and in the community.
With a background in marketing, event planning and technical execution, Kelsey focuses on creating thoughtful client experiences and supporting the firm’s overall brand presence in a way that is authentic and consistent. Known for her ability to bring ideas to life, she bridges strategy with execution.
Kelsey earned her degree from the University of Central Florida, where she studied Psychology with minors in Crime, Law, and Deviance and Leadership Studies, along with a certification in Behavioral Forensics. Her understanding of human behavior continues to influence her approach to marketing, communication and relationship-building.
Originally from Michigan, Kelsey now calls the Gulf Coast home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as all of the dogs she has the pleasure to watch.
Mark DiOrio CFA
Mark DiOrio joined Brookstone as the Chief Investment Officer in 2015. In his role, he leads the firm’s investment committee and drives the firm’s investment policy, framework, and portfolio construction methodology. He oversees the portfolio strategy group that provides recommendations on strategic and tactical portfolio design. Mark directs research on external managers and develops internal strategies. He produces and presents content for advisor training, a weekly Market Watch update, and the firm’s quarterly market reports.
Prior to joining Brookstone, he was responsible for launching and managing a boutique investment subsidiary of a publicly traded regional bank holding company. While there, Mark ran a global tactical asset allocation strategy and accumulated an 8 year GIPS® compliant track record. Mark has nearly 20 years of investment industry experience, including 10 years of multi-asset class portfolio management. He has been featured in Investor’s Business Daily and quoted in the Wall Street Journal. Mark received his MBA from Benedictine University, his BA from Eastern Illinois University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Mark is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Chicago.
